Mouille Point is a tiny yet exclusive suburb, as indicated by its nickname: The Platinum Mile.  Significant urban renewal has been experienced here over the last number of years resulting in this small village - located between bustling Green Point and the Atlantic Ocean -  housing a profusion of high-end apartments.  Many of these upmarket properties feature views of the Atlantic Ocean, or towards either Table Mountain or Lion's Head.   The extremely convenient location in terms of both commerce or leisure activities ensure Mouille Point's popularity with both residents and long- and short-term tenants.
